Refund policy
At Living-tech, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. For return requests or support, please contact our customer service team.
